Terms of Use

These terms govern Foresemble, published by BermondStudio. Contact support@foresemble.com.

The service

The app records scores, calculates casual games, provides optional GPS estimates and course data, and provides temporary connected tournament services. GPS distances can be incomplete or inaccurate and are not a substitute for course markers or safety judgement. Scorecard photo recognition returns suggestions only; the organiser must review every suggested score before applying it. Players and organisers remain responsible for verifying handicaps, local rules, official results and score submissions.

Purchases

All games and events for up to 16 golfers are free, and guests join, score and spectate free. A Single Event Pass authorises one successfully created 17–64-player event; a Championship Event Pass authorises one event for up to 144 golfers. Organiser Pro covers unlimited events up to 64 golfers while active; Tournament Pro covers unlimited events up to 144. Each event supports up to six rounds. Apple or Google administers payment, restoration and refunds. Refunded, revoked, expired, fraudulent or invalid purchases do not provide an entitlement.

Connected play and acceptable use

Keep private RSVP links, group PINs and organiser recovery keys private. Do not overload, scrape, probe or bypass purchase or access controls, or claim another person’s scorecard. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic. Connected services can be unavailable, so verify and export the final card.

Money and liability

Unit values and the organiser cost ledger are informational. Entry-fee, donation, raffle and auction links are selected by the organiser and handled by an external provider; Foresemble does not receive card details, process those payments, operate the campaign or hold funds or stakes. Organisers are responsible for legal and regulatory compliance for their campaign. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, BermondStudio is not responsible for indirect loss, lost winnings, avoidable loss of unbacked-up data, or decisions based on an unverified score, image suggestion, GPS estimate or course record.

Changes and law

We may update these terms when the app changes. They are governed by the laws of England and Wales without removing mandatory consumer protections in your home jurisdiction.
